I would change the oil at least once a year regardless of the mileage.
Dealer's pissing down your leg. \\; If you don't have an owners manual, you can go to the Harley website, enter your VIN and it will give you the service schedule.
You should change the oil every 6 months. \\; Even if you don't ride it. \\; It gets the moisture out. \\; Or you can just replace the enging sooner instead.
