I have a 07 night train that has had a front wobble to it scence new. \\; Service has replaced the front wheel and tire under warantee but still had the problem to some degree. \\; I installed 18" apes over the winter and the problem has gotten worse. \\; With both factory bars and the apes I have locked the throttle and taken my hands off the bars at 65mph. the problem occurs with no hands on bars. \\; I cannot go over 70mph now. \\; The tire feels as though it is "tipping" from left to right at slower speeds. \\; The harley shop is hesatant to even look at my bike due to 18" apes. \\; Any ideas?

Sounds like a stealer cop out. Try an indy who does custom bikes. They have been down that road. I hate to bad mouth any shop but a lot of gud wrenches have left Harley for various reasons...

Check your neck bearings. Had a similar problem on my 96 Heritage a few years back. Also make sure tire pressure is right. The neck bearings were the root cause of my problem, too loose.
