I just replied to several posts, without problem (aside from the double-quotes and additional slashes). However, they never popped up on the first page, so I just searched for posts by me and found the replies do exist in the database, just doesn't look like they are being sorted properly.

Database problems are a b!tch... I'm sure they're doing what they can to sort it out and plan remediation. GOOD LUCK ADMINS!

This thread disappeared from the page, so I went out to the main index, then reselected the Softail forum, and it looks like the indexes are all updated. I can see several of the threads that I replied to on the first page, so that seemed to help refresh the listing.

I also noticed that some aren`t affected by the double-quotes and the slash-semicolon issue... is this random, or have some figured a way around it? I found that the left quote (`) works as a replacement for the right quote ('), but haven`t figured a way around the slashes accompanying the spaces yet.

The forum seems to be keeping the index properly now, for me anyway.
