How would you load a non-running heavy bike (like my FLSTN) onto a pickup truck? \\; I can imagine using a comealong or electric winch to pull the bike up the loading ramp, but hope that someone out there has direct experience and can recommend hardware and technique>\\;

Do you have an incline anywhere near? Get a heavy duty ramp, back the truck up to the incline so the angle isn't so steep, then push it on.

Other than that, get a couple of burly friends and push it on.
