I have this posted in the exhaust section with no luck, maybe someone in here can help me, I have a set of Rinehart Mufflers and the black tips have changed colors, so did the second set I received from them, so my question is are there other "tips" that will fit the Rinehart Softail staggerd mufflers ??

 

Try krylon high heat semi gloss back engine paint. I use it on firearms and it stays

 

Take them to a powdercoater and have them done it last.Did it for a friend about a yr. ago and still gloss black.cost him 40.00

 

Yeah the ones that come on the pipe will turn colors, i have one and it is a red black color.&nbsp\\; I have seen some a gold color to a copper color

 

My old rinehart 2-1 change eggplant purple, so I call rinehart and told me it was because of the annodized metal they where using, and where looking to change it. Well. Its a problem that I had to still pay for, and get a&nbsp\\;replacement.

I would call them again, and ask if they fixed the metal fabrication issue? and ship you new ones again...&nbsp\\; Tell them you are&nbsp\\;changing to Vance and Hines and see how quick they react.
