I recently got a 2006 Heritage Softail Classic FLSTC and need to know what the correct tire pressure should be ??
 \\;
The manual I received with this bike does not tell me the recommended pressure. \\; I just checked the tires and the rear is at 38.5 and the front is at 31.5.
 \\;
I am a solo rider, never 2 up, and about 120 pounds.
 \\;
Any advice ? \\; Thanks
Oh, I forgot to mention that the bike has the stock (Dunlop) tires and I was able to see on the front tire it says 40psi. \\; Too dark out right now so I couldn't see what the rear tire said.
 \\;
Also, I read in another post that you should not go by the 'tire recommendation' but rather what the manual says........but the manual does specify this.
There should be a sticker somewhere on the bike that gives axle weight ratings and recommended tire pressures. Might be on the swingarm or steering head.

Thanks Milkmann..I'll be checking that tomorrow.

On my Sportster and Springer the sticker is on the right tube of the front part of the frame. I also run mine 36 front, 40 rear.
