If any of you guys are planning on ordering anything from DNA be prepared for a possible long wait. I ordered 2 rotors and a pulley from DNA thru Southside Kustoms in NY on the 9th of last month and I still haven't received anything.
I by no means hold Jason from South Side Kustoms responsible for this though. He kinda warned me about DNA. So about a week and a half ago I had Jason check on the order for me and he said that they told him that the rotors had been shipped but the pulley was on BO...
So I called DNA today and spoke to Curtis in sales and he tells me that they shipped the front pulley and the rotor but the rear pulley is on BO. Now... the kicker.. they just were shipped yesterday.
I was looking at going with a set of thier wheels but after this I am rethinking who I am going to purchase the wheels from. If you cannot ship when you say your gonna ship or fulfill your orders it makes me scared to think what the rest of the customer service is like.
Anyway, just thought anyone thinking DNA might wanna know what to expect. I cannot even comment on the quality of the product yet as I am not due to receive the first part until the 8th of this month. HarleyJoe was right... they take a long long time.
