It can be done, anything can be done if you have the money.
But be aware that the front end on a Custom and many other FX front ends isn't going to handle as well with a sidecar as an \\;FL bike that normally get side cars. The geometry is a bit different with a greater rake and the FL's have less so you can make tighter turns without leaning the bike.
