I tried the hair spray trick with my ISO grips. Didn't work. I put about 2-3 wraps of duck tape and it worked like a charm.
+1 on an approach like this (though I used some tennis racket grip tape).&nbsp\\; Basically if you get something wrapped around there that provides a bit more breadth and friction on the handle bar, then force the grip over it it will stay put nicely.&nbsp\\; The nice part is if you ever want to change the grips, you can get them off without having to break some adhesive.
