Your dealer just told you a big fat lie and does not deserve your business. \\; You can do your own service. \\; Just keep receipts of the filter and oil. \\; I take a pic of the speedo and the fileter and oil along side the bike when it is on the lift. \\; Then keep it in a file.
Call HD they will confirm that you can do your own service. \\; Also READ your warrenty. \\; It is a written contract between you and the MoCo. \\; the dealer has noting to do with it.
I'm get po'd at all the unethical harley dealers out there. \\; I won't go back to my selling dealer it he gave stuff away.
