I have pm 6 piston chrome calipers and some chromed discs, but not full floaters. I cant imagine what it would be like trying to stop with brakes that don't stop as well as these. I just graduated to a Harley after many jap bikes, and I was used to dual disc full floating front wheels that would flip you over with the pressure from your pinky. I ould say go for the pm,s(perforance machine) cause your life is on the line.
Thanks for all the replys. I'll take a look at all of your recommendations. I do have a question though. A few of you have mentioned floating rotors. What is a floating rotor? Does it work differently or perform differently from what I have on now (which is just stock)?
