Can some tell me how to remove the gas tank on 2008 softtail deluxe.

There's alot of steps and the way this board is working I doubt I could post them all.&nbsp\\; It's quite doable with basic tools, just did mine last week.&nbsp\\; Best thing to do is get a manual.&nbsp\\; Part #99482-08,&nbsp\\; about $60.

 

I'll give it a shot:
1. remove seat
2.remove fuse block cover
3. disconnect fuel pump fuse (upper left fuse)
4. start engine, let run.&nbsp\\;
5. when it stalls, operate starter for 3 seconds to remove remaining fuel
&nbsp\\;
