Any of you Rocker owners with the drag bars regret putting them on? I love the look but wonder on how much it will change the comfort level. also were new cables required?
Thanks!
i just installed my Harley drag bars on the rocker. fairly straight forward. i did not use new cables at this time. the stock ones are ok. the throttle and idle cables are a bit too long, but they will work for now. i rotated the brake line a little bit to relieve some of the tension on it.
i have not ridden it yet, but i love drag bars. i had a set from a nighttrain on my nightster. i wanted something that stretched my out more and pulled me forward on the bike. i felt cramped sitting on the rocker. i felt like i was going to go off the back as well. this was even after putting the fxcw seat on. the most comfortable position was sitting on the rim of the seat. hopefully the drags fixed that
