One of the best 2-2 pipes for performance out there. Equal length(close at least) stepped headers. Use some accel exhaust wrap to gain a few more ponies with em.

hmm..any comments on the wrap? I hear bogus and then I hear good things. I've never wrapped an exhaust before.

Thanks Super, good info. Anyone else?

Pro's run great, look great, sound incredible and the quality is good. On my Softail the rear pipe comes back really close to the oil lines and I've heard that it can actually increase oil temps. The chrome isn't the greatest but it's not crap either.

Wrapping the pipes will increase exhaust flow and should pick up an hp or two, nothing significant but it would also help with the oil line issue.

I was concerned about the chrome. Any experiences with the heat sheilds they offer? I know they're sold seperately...

I bought the short shields at first because that's all they had available. They are crap, too short and useless. So I got one of the first sets of the long ones. they are much better, come all the way to the muffler, but they take some coaxing to get on because of the odd bends, you actually have to remove the rear pipe to install the front, and the rear shield needed a tweak over the knee to get it fitting right. After that they look great.

The heat shields arent full coverage, the chrome is decent on em. I prefer and run the black versions with exaust wrap instead.
