I am in need of a more comfortable set of bars for my 2008 Train; the stock drags with HD aftermarket angled risers seem to put me in an awkward riding position, thus killing my neck.
I'm a small fellow (5'7", 140lbs) and it seems as if my arms are extended a bit too far, which in return tucks my neck down between my shoulders too far (if that makes sense)
Anyway, I am considering the Wild 1 500 Bars http://www.wild1inc.com/handlebars.html
Are these any more comfortable than the stockers for someone of my size?
I cant comment on the 500 bars, but I have the 504 on my FLSTFI and I love them. The quality and finish is as good as you can find. Also , sometimes they have great deals on what they call "seconds" on the web site , my friend bought some and saved almost 50% the flaw was a tiny bump / bubble in the finish under the bar that you cwould never see unless you were washing it or lgoing over it with a fine tooth comb.
I have the 560's & they are awesome. The extra pullback keeps me upright. The only negative is very low speed steering is a bit sensitive but the comfort far outways this. Highly recommended.
