Default Recommend a GPS?

I'm looking to buy a new GPS for my Heritage Classic. Right now I'm using a Lowrance 250c...which definitely serves its purpose...but it's very hard to see the screen in the sunlight when riding.

Can anyone recommend a good GPS for the motorcycle? I'm looking in the price range of $300-$400.

Is anyone familiar with using a Garmin Nuvi 260 on their bikes?

Garmin 2610 works fantastic. screen is very easy to see and its waterproof. You can pick up a refurb cheap.

Garmin Zumo 450 is in that price range. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles the 550 has (such as Bluetooth), but it's an AWESOME GPS, and completely weatherproof. I have one, and it just finished guiding me on my 5800 mile/18 state road trip.

Cheers!

+1 on the Garmin 2610, been using one for about a year. Friend of mine bought one off ebay last month for $159.00 with a one year warranty.

I have a Magellan 4210
Features:
1. 4.3' screen easy to read
2. No bluetooth
3. Not waterproof
4. Reasonable $149
That's all I need for a GPS

I find to hard that your very first post is this one. Usually folks would want to introduce themselves on the new member site and then move onto something like this.

I smell something very fishy about this post.
