Default Fairing install complete

I picked up a used detachable fairing on ebay several weeks ago for my Fatboy. The original owner had it about 1yr and got it for Sturgis '07 ride and he never installed a stereo in it. I created a album with pics of stereo installation for those interested. I am really digging the tunes and it's great I have the options of removing the fairing and bags whenever i want.

Thanks guys for the compliments. I realize that a fairing on a softail is sacrilege to some but I sometimes ride long distances solo with my pals so this is gonna really be a benefit. I could get a touring bike but I am in love with the low stance of the softail

I like the look and the fact that you can easily take it off and on... I'm surprised that more don't do it..

cost is the nly thing that stops me from doing this. It turned out really nice. Keep your eyes open for a good deal on a fairing for me

I didn't think a Phatty would look good with a fairing, but that looks really sharp!
