I will be getting a PCIII in a day or two, read the instruction ahead, it doesn't look too bad to install. I have found a map for my setting, do you download the map into the PCIII before installation? The instruction only shows how to install but it doesn't tell me the initial procedure. Thanks in advance! Alex
download the map before install..will be much easier..just did mine this past weekend. hardest part was trying to fit everything everywhere, wanted to be all underneath the seat in battery area, couldnt fit it, so mounted behind mud flap.

I have a 07 NT (fxstb) and I wanted to mnt. it under the seat also. Someone on another PCIII post (under softail) said they did put it under the seat on an FXSTC and I had asked if they had any pic's of the install. As of yet NO pic's. So it looks like mine will also go behind the mudguard soon. Anyone with info on this would be helpful. Thanks
Yea I was trying to figure out how to mount it under the seat with the giant connectors and wire, i spent more time installing the power commander than the exhaust cause i couldnt figure out where I wanted to put it, and just ended up putting it there. I have the battery tender harness and a brake modular installed also.
Not as easy to get to under the mud flap, but easy enough. Two zip ties holding it in place (comes with)..
Now im trying to find the size for a screw to fit in the VH pipes where the O2 sensor fits in. Went to AutoZone and Advanced Auto with the exhaust in my hand and they said they didnt have anything to fit that size..wtf!

I just had the sensors reinstalled and the cables zip tied out of the way.
Is it waterproof? I don't want to mount it outside unless I have no choice. According to the instruction, my 06 softail should have enough room under the seat.

It's an 18 x 1.5 mm bung plug. I've been having a huge problem with this, one of the bungs is bigger than it should be, so V&H is sending me a new header.
