Thanks to all that replied!!! It is now fixed, I got a service manuel, did the fall away, and tightened the steering head bearings and all is well again!! Also I was so stoked about the fix finally that I came back home and did the mod to my A/C cover that I had been putting off. Hope all of you have a great holiday weekend.

did you have to cut the old football cover to have that ring bolt up to the filter? looks good

Yea, 5" hole saw from backside, cuts right inside the SCREAMING EAGLE trim ring. I went from 6" risers to 4" to lower the drag bars some, think I am going to try 3" next. I have already fabed up some stops to keep the handlebar controls from hitting tank.
