Default Duffey Lake 400 miles day trip w/pictures

I rode 400 miles with my friends today, weather sucks, it started out sunny and became cloudy, finally rain. I didn't bring my rain gear, opened face helmet, I am soaked. I would say half of the trip was rain, wet and bumpy road. I can't trust weather network anymore lol. Before we hit the Fraser Canyon hwy, there was an accident, we heard a container truck lost control and crashed, the hwy was closed 3 hours before we arrived there. Well, we wanted to check it out, passed at least 100 cars on the opposite lane, got to the front of the lineup. Holy crap! That accident was pretty scary, truck didn't look like a truck, it was in rough shape and all the goods fell off the truck. We only waited 20 minutes and carried on. The ride is great except rain, fishtailed a few times, nice scenery though.

Some pictures to share.

Big day ride. I'm looking to do something similar, albeit less, today. Meeting some friends at Deeley's at 11:00 and heading out. I have a new Corbin seat on my bike and today is the first ride. I hope my bike likes it more than the stock seat.

You have some beautiful riding up there. I have always wanted to see it, maybe one day.

I have to tell you, the badlander seat is so bad, highly not recommended for long ride.
