K, installed same risers as chidiver on my 09 Fatboy. I have a stock front end; stock cables worked fine without modifications. Its not a huge difference, but I think its enough to make me comfortable (I'm 5' 10" btw). Risers look nice on bike, not a big difference from stock which is what I was looking for.
