Figured it out! Friggin dead PC III....Un-hooked the PC III & bike fires right up. How many people have had problems with the PC III? Does the HD reflash work safely or is it a waste of $150?
Can I safely ride my bike Sunday to the "Oyster Run"?? Friggin electronics!

Thanks!
Clay

It'll run ok but it will run in stock lean condition. Might get a little hot if it idles for long periods but the ecm will tune itself to the stock 14.7 to 1 ratio. Factory download doesn't change the air fuel ratio it only changes the timing, some like it some don't.

Factory down load did not work for me.

I had the same thing happen to my PCIII

Mine ended up being moisture.

They will tell you it is waterproof but it is not!

When I took the pilion seat off and went solo water tended to run down the fender and onto the PCIII

Mine did it twice, I removed it and let it dry out for several days, and it came back to life.

I then wraped it in a zip lock bag and sealed it with duct tape.

That was two years ago and it has not happened since.

Good luck with yours.

Mine didn't get wet. It's only 12 days old & I haven't ridin when the streets have been wet so I suspect it just went **** up.....I guess I'll give another one a shot & it couldn't hurt to wrap it up & waterproof it anyways & give that a try.

Thanks.
