Default Cam selection 95"

I am getting ready to send my heads and jugs out to Bean at Big Boyz, using KB pistons, flat tops with skirts and tops coated. Want to have Bean cut the heads to get in the neighborhood of 9.8-10:1 comp, and use a SE211 cam. Anyone with something similar have comments? I know there has been about a bajigglion cam questions, but I think with a moderate change in primary gearing, and a 44mm SE carb, a Dyna timing module etc., this combo should give some good mid range, up to redline (6000) power. Give me some dope, good or bad. I resold my SE203's cause I thought they were too mild for this engine.
