I have braided cables on my ride. One of them is held against one of the tubes on the frame by a black clamp. This is causing the cable to peel from all the friction.

What size diameter are those cables so that i can buy a cover from it from this website http://cableorganizer.com/chrome-sleeving/

 

I have braded brake lines, installed in 05' but haven't seen any peeling. Mine are also clamped to the frame.

 

i don't know why the hell mine are peeling !!!
