2007 Fatboy wider tire kits?

2007 Fatboy wider tire kits?
I currently have a 200 on the bike from the factory, I'd really like to go to a 240 or 250 however I don't know enough about these things to know A) if it's possible or B) if it's advisable.
I'm mostly looking at it for the appearance reason and not so much for a performance gain, though I would think it might be a bit more stable at slower speeds since it has more area to ride on.
Anyway, does any company make a complete "kit" and who/where would you suggest would be the best place to have the work performed? The bike is located in East Central PA, not far from Allentown and Reading. I won't be home until March but I have people that can haul it over to the shop and pick it up when it's done.
