Default Wiring Issue - auxilliary running lights!

When I got my 07 Softail Custom I had the dealer fit the mirrors with auxilliary running lights in addition to having the stock blinkers.
Here is Aussie it isn't legal to have the blinkers as running lights. However, since I still have the stock blinkers fitted, I would like to wire up the mirror aux running lights so that they act as running lights and also work as blinkers.
The dealer has lost the fitting instructions and so I am looking for a copy of the fitting instructions.
I had a look at what the dealer has done and it looks like he has clipped out the blue wires. These are two small circuit boards and this is where I got snookered

Please email me if you can help.
thanks
John

On my bike the blue wire is the running light - I would think yours is the same.

Sorry tabone75 I was not fully awake when I replied.
My blue wire is my brake light I tied them in with aux turn signals in may bags.
Hope I didn't screw you up again sorry for the bad info.
