that thang rumble
tomhammer, the martin brothers shockwaves is the pic of the exhaust that wraps around its self, correct? is the other pic you have of the old vance hines pipes? i really love those shockwaves. i have stock pipes on my 08 rocker c and i want something alot louder are thoe shockwaves loud? did u let the harley shop put them on or did you do it yourself? i believe i will let the harley shop do mine any idea how much it will set me back?
yes the ones that twist around each other are the Shockwaves..
... the main reason I took the V&H Big Radius's off was I didn't find them to be loud enough to my liking. Friend I have recommended the Shockwaves and they were louder and they also gave me almost 5 more horses and also more torgue. I did have them put on at the dealer and dyno'd . Also I started to notice that every Rocker I saw, they all ahd the V&H BR so I went with a different look which in the long run is a better pipe as far as I'm concerned. Plus they look sweet on the bike, get a set you will not regret it ... when or if you do post a pic...take care bro!
...you asked for an estimate that thay might set you back...$700 for the pipes...$400 for the pro super tuner.... $400 for them to put it on the dyno...$230 for the different air breather...and whatever they charge you for labor
should i even worry bout the dyno? my bike is a 08. i will post a pic but its going to look just like yours we have the exact same bike as far as i can tell!! lol
one more question brotha do u leave ur baffles in or out? i like a loud bike so i will probably have mine out. or is it to loud? thank you for all your help this is my 1st harley and i want it to be bad ***!! lol
