Heritage Classic Seat
Anybody ever put gel inserts in their bike seat? I'd like to do this on my Heritage. I found a site on-line called Pro Pads with fairly decent prices for their products. If anybody has used them before or could suggest a better vendor, I'd sure like to know. I have somebody who can do the work, I just need the pads.

Hi. By coincidence I had gel pads put into the rider and pillion seat (Heritage touring seat) of my 2007 Heritage. We went for a ride over the weekend to test them out; I could feel the difference but more importantly my wife liked the pillion seat. Up to now she'd been using various tie-on air cushions. This year we've done a lot of touring, including a 4,000 mile tour of Europe (Faaker See etc.), so she should certainly know if the gel pads work.
We purchased them from Saxon Seats (Ł128 fitted). They did a great job. They are based in the UK, but I'm sure you can get the same pads in the US.
