Does a 2002 softail have swingarm stops?

Does a 2002 softail have swingarm stops?

Does a 2002 Fatboy have stops that the swingarm hits when it bottoms out?
Or do the shocks reach a full extended postion stopping the swingarm from traveling further?

2000 NightTrain had a rubber stopper, I'd think the swing arm on the 02 fatboy would be the same

Are the stops adjustable? Where are they mounted?
I have a custom fatboy and the fender is mounted to the swingarm, when the rear swingarm bottoms out the fender hits the seat area.
