I've got a K&N element in the Forcewinder style breather installed by the guys who did my dyno work at Myrtle Beach bike week last year. I've got no problems with the look or the performance.
I got the "Pro" Hypercharger in wrinkle black on my Nighttrain. Prior to that, I had the regular hypercharger. When I put the "pro" on the motor seemed to have more pull.

It the new SE K&N replacement, getting one myself to get rid of the blue monster that is bound to fall apart any moment now [sm=bomb.gif]
I voted for the Ness because it comes with a K&N, and the SE comes with the blue rimmed filter that will deteroriate. I have read that either one flows about the same amount of air.
I have a SE on my bike, but it was one of the older ones that had the K&N filter in the kit.
