In my opinion whitewalls are FUGLY on most bikes , although some of the nostalgic looking bikes show them off well . Hell , even the wite lettered tires for my truck get mounted black out !
Hey guys, I have a black 04 Fatboy with smoothed out / chromed stock wheels. Any pics of FB wheels with whitewalls? The bike is real low with tons of chrome. I'm new to the forums and I don't have any pics up yet.
Here are white walls on my old bike.. A '90 Heritage with Chrome fatboy wheels. With the right color on the rest of the bike, the white walls can look pretty cool.
I agree as well.. White walls need a retro looking scoot.
You could get away with a fatboy I'd say only if it had a "50's-ish" color paintjob and I'd also consider swapping out the front fender with a standard FL fender. Even without the fender lights, with a candy-something paintjob maybe with an antique white, would look cool maybe.
I think a black fatboy with the inside of the rims painted black would look good with whitewalls but the front fender would need to be swapped out for a heritage one with no chrome on it.
