I'm not sure I understand what your asking. Your english is a hell of a lot better than my Russian, (nyet or no is about all I know) But I'm still not sure of your question.
Are you asking if anyone knows of an E-Bay store that will sell and ship the fuel line you need to Moscow?

I search for the one who could sell to me it, through ebay.com. If your Russian is better than my English I shall write so.
Мне нужно найти человека кто мог бы мне продать это через ebay.com. Если вы можете это сделать я могу купить у вас.

I'm sorry I was joking about understanding Russian. What Iwas trying to say was that THE only word I knew was nyet. What you posted above makes NO sense to me at all. I'm an ignorant American who is lucky he can typr in English.
OK I don't know of anyplace that will sell or ship your fuel line to you in Moscow. But if you run into a real problem PM me and I'll see if I can talk to a friend who works for FedEx. Maybe I could get it locally and ship it to you myself. It might be a bit more expensive as I would have to order it, have it shipped to me then relabel it and ship it on to you.
But like I said if its a real problem PM me and we'll work something out.
