Default Setting time on Softail Custom

How do you change the time on the clock on a Softail Custom.

Its in your owners manual, but if you don't have one turn the ignition to IGN or ACC and push the button till you get the time on the display.
Then press and hold the button until the display shows 12H or 24H then release.
If you want it to display a 24H military time push the button till it togels to 24H.
Then press and hold it till the current hour shows and release the button. Then click the button till it shows the right time. Press and hold the button till the minutes show and release it.
Then you can click the button till it shows the right minutes. Once its there press and hold the button till it displays the time and your done.
If you choose the 12H hour setting there is no distinction between AM and PM so 1 o'clock in the afternoon is the same as 1 in the morning.

Ron,
They don't always provide one and there is no requirement to do so for a used bike.
