Default This has to be my next modification.

This has got to be my next mod. On the ride to work this morning I extended my feet to the edge of my
existing footboards and imagined having the extended "touring" footboards and the attached arm & peg
like pictured above.

I could not believe how much more comfortable that was!

If you don't want to drill go with the Mark IV. They bolt directly to the frame and took 30 min to install.

Is that what you have? If so can you provide photo?

anyone with the Mark IV with photo?

I like his setup (even though it requires drilling) because, as I found out
this morning, it is extremely comfortable. If the Mark IV don't extend as
far out as his setup then it probably won't be as comfortable?

The Mk IV's are a good choice too, but if you ever decide to get the Harley Goodies extensions to move the boards away from the bike, or if you ever decide to move your floorboards forward, they highway pegs wont move with the boards. You can adjust them, but I don't think it will be enough to make them comfortable. IMHO the MK III's are the better deal if you ever plan on moving your boards around at all.

They make two types of MK IV's. One for under 30 inseam and one for over. I'm 6'2 so I went with the longer ones. The bike is in Crestview and I'm in Cincinnati on leave so it will be awhile before I can get you pics. If you look at my album you'll see a few pics with them on it. I will say that I enjoy the ride more with them on it.
