Yep. Mine are bolt one. Way cheaper than the detachable set up. My saddle bags are bolted there now too. If I really wanted to strip it down it would only take a few mins to take the stuff off. I have no plan to do that unless my wife gets a bike of her own, and that doesn't look likely. She has no drive to learn how to ride, but she likes to go with me on mine.
Couple of shots of mine. My sig pic shows it with no luggage rack, then one with the rack and T-bag, then with used springer saddlebags bolted on that I got from a member here. The bolt on stuff is really easy to work with and saves a lot of $$$ when getting it from a dealer
