I have seen 5 two-tones like mine since summer (does that bug anyone else seeing another bike like theirs ?) so I decided to change her up. Getting the fuel tank off was a little tough, I wasnt sure what to do with the fuel crossover line, I google searched it and found a thread here of all places. I ended up just cutting it. Like an idiot I had a full tank of gas to drain.
While apart I will ad all of my Christmas goodies , braided clutch and brake new ***** skull derby and timing covers and axle bolt covers.
Have fun putting on your new parts. You sound like a little kid in a candy store let loose. Just like me, YOU GOTTA LOVE IT. GOOD LUCK with your new paint job!!!!!!!!

Soon as winter sets in hard, I am yankin my tank & fenders for a paint job also. I have the design all set. I am a little nervous about taking the tank off. I have a service manual so I hope I can get by.
When it's done, I have to learn to post pics as I think the design is banging.
