Default Torque settings

I searched the site but could not come up with torque setting values for soft tail/ night train.

I am specifically looking for rear axle nut.

Could the value be somewhere between 95 and 105? lbs/ft

Why? I am or will be installing side license plate holder.

Many Thanks

The service manual for my '05 FLSTN says: "Tighten axle nut to 60-65 ft-lbs (81.3-88.1Nm)."

You might consider getting the manual for your bike...

My 07 custom is 60-65 ft lbs. Can't imagine going to 100 without causing some kind of spacer damage

in case this requires another answer, it does indeed depend on the year.

08 does call for 95-105 per the manual

Sorry Guys, I omitted to mention that it's an 04 night train, guess it does make a difference.

So 65 ft/lbs?
