I have been looking for a solo luggage rack for my 08 Fatboy. I found this one on eBay:
It is listed as fitting a 97-03 Springer, but the attachment dimensions are identical to my Fatboy. Is there a reason that it might not fit mine? Is the curvature of the fender that different?
I can't be certian, but I believe that it will fit. Find out who make that one, and the part number if possible, then check the web for it.
I have checked all over the web for a nice solo rack. The only one I have found that says it is for my bike requires quick release hardware. Motherwell Products make a couple that look almost identical to this one (neither of them for the FLSTF), but give no dimensions. I was about ready to ask someone with a Springer to take some measurements for me when I found this on on eBay with the measurements listed. It's not rocket surgery, so I just thought I would ask all the folks on here, who have a lot more knowledge than me.
