I too have looked at these lights. I was thinking of using them on the fender mounted license plate holder. If I could only find a way to get the wires hidden and into the fender to connect to the plate light that has quit working AGAIN. Looks like HD would have a better solution to the license plate light for the Rocker fender than something that has to be totally replaced when it quits working. Just my 2 cents worth.
I have the LED license plate light bolts on mine and they illuminate the plate just fine. Easy to install and looks cleaner than the whole frame in my opinion.
I installed the led bolts on my side plate. Pretty straight forward. I soldered on longer wires, shrink wrapped them then ran them behind the swingarm up and under my seat.
I agree with jason628, much cleaner than a plate frame, especially since I have a curved plate mount.

Beautiful bike Jason...

options including the one's I picked out from Kyurakyn.
BLKnCHRME still running his mouth? LMAO
I think I hear that deliverance music playing in the background now too.
Now if I hear "you sure have a pretty mouth boy" I'll know they're talking
to BlackieNchream09fag and I'll listen for the squeeling to follow.
the side mounted plates from heartland can also fold in toward the bike body in case you don't want it sticking out while you're not riding...kind of a cool feature
