Crossbacks on the Bones
Got the Rinehart Crossbacks on the Bones Thursday. I was just going to leave it at that but I didn't realize that they won't fit with the stock round A/C. Had to install SE A/C. Not wanting to do just the download and feeling the need to get rid of a bunch more money I went with the SERT and had the shop tune it. At least I got a nice print out of my numbers. The numbers were somewhat disappointing though. 69.32 H.P. 80.27 Tq. I didn't do a baseline so I don't know how much it improved. I am assuming that elevation affects power, I'm at 3300', so I should have expected the #'s to be low. At least seat of the pants power and sound were greatly improved. One real cool thing came out of it though. When my wife picked me up at the shop she sat on a "09 883 Sportster Low. Long story short,(too late) we now have another bike in the garage. Now when we go riding together we don't get funny looks from people looking at a Crossbones with a yellow Vespa riding next to it.
You Dog,,,!!!! how lucky is that, two Harley's,
And judging by that smile, she owns 2 harley's... your crap out of luck dude!!!ha, ha.....
Even though my wife doesn't ride, she keeps reminding me that 50% of my bike is hers. Where she got that crazy idea?? i don't know!!!
Rinehart's are definitely one of the best pipes made, and sound great.... I use to have 2-1 back when I had my Dyna,,,
Congratulations on both ends.
