Has anybody ever used the lowering shocks from ultima. I was on ebay the other day and saw them for 120 dollars. I was just wondering if anyone has ever given them a try. I am sure that they are not as good as the progressive shocks. But are they better than just the cheap lowering kits?

 

Get some used Deluxe shocks. They can be found for ~$100. They will lower it one inch and are much better quality than Ultima.

 

I replaced the 13" stock air shocks on my Geezer Glide with a set of 12" air shocks from Ultima. 5,000 miles with no problems and I found the quality to be just fine.

 

I might have to give them a try.

 

I did some searching and it seems that theses shocks are junk. Does anyone disagree?
