Default 98 Springer frontend parts $$$

I have a 98 FLSTwith about 50k on it I've had it sense new. Its time for that long awaited frontend rebuild. I called the local HD store first less then 2 Years ago and they quoted me about $315.00 for all the parts they sudjested, including neck bearings and dust covers and Rocker bushings and associated parts. I never got around to making the repairs then and now I have maybe 5k additional miles, today I called about the same parts and the price was about $80.00 higher. The bike handles and opperates ok but I hear the rockers squeek and I am starting to feel a flat spot in the neck bearings. The point is the price I can get the neck bearing from the Local bearing outlet but that is the cheap part about $70.00 at HD its the rocker parts that I can't seem to find, even from the aftermarket part stores. Does anyone have any sudjections. Thank You for any help you can give.

hey bud, which HD shop did you call? I go to the marysville shop and they seem to be the most reasonable around here. downtown seattle, cycle barn, and skagit all seem overpriced.
