Hi, Just want to know if any of you rocker guys have or are contemplating a wheel change, I'm sure I saw one with a 21" front on here somewhere, just cant find it I'm kinda keen to go with a 21 incher something like this http://www.surdyke.com/hd/product.as...=81780&cat=409 I'm sure I will need to mod the front guard a little ???
just looking for some thoughts and pics if any1 has any
well, well, well. i'm in an ongoing saga trying to throw my new wheels on the bike. here is a pic. i got the rims, just waiting on the right hubs for the front wheel to get here.
the front is a 21, you're gonna have to adjust the front fender but it's not that big of a deal

I can testify that alain in fact is the most experienced person I know on the subject of wheels for the rocker...who is yet to have his mounted on his bike...lol...kind of an ongoing saga as he said...he has a few of us going through this with him and also want to see him get this resolved probably as much as he does...but he does have a sweet set of wheels picked out

sorry to hear about the dramas with the wheels, they look real nice, I was goin to cheat a little and only do the front(for now) and this one http://www.surdyke.com/hd/product.as...=81780&cat=409 kinda matched the back?? hub issues?? how so?? much needed? and yeah I thought of just slotting the the mounting holes on the front fender may get me over the line,....thanks for the input...
Alain, i think u could have whittle some hubs by now, anyways i wish i could put new wheels on my bike just dont have the benjamins.. I wish, i wish for a new stimulus...

Dan
the hubs they keep sending me are way too big. the spacing on the stock hubs is 4 and 3/8. it's not supposed to be this hard to change wheels on a bike, its just that someone is sleeping on the job and they keep sending me the wrong parts.

I agree with ya Joe. I could of made these damn things by now. the only consolation i have to get me by for now is that I saw the 21 inch front wheel with the rubber and the rotor mounted on it and it looks awesome. i can only imagine how good it's gonna look on the bike.
