Welcome to the forum from New Jersey. Since you have a rocker, I guess your are not a "Mod". Old joke!
An oldie, but goodie!
I'd like to add my name to the list of fellow UK Harley riders welcoming Sam to the fold. Weather forecast for next week is Siberian snow here in the UK, so tuck your Rocker up warm and batten down the hatches....
Welcome to the forum and welcome the Rockers all over the world.
I got the Touring system with the passenger seat from HD. 2 Weeks later I got a back injury which put me in bed for almost 2 months. I have been searching since then for a solo seat with a backrest and only Corbin (www.corbin.com) have this set-up but it actually doesn't look that good in the pics on their site !!! But it's a must for me to get it if I want to keep riding !!! I ordered it and it should arrive to Egypt in a couple of weeks. Could tell you my opinion once I install it. Other after market seats are avialable and much better than this "trick seat" but not with backrests......
Hi Gr, thanks for the offical pat on the back.....Harley riders just seem to be a different breeed to the other bikers... :-)
Yes apparently the weather is getting silly starting here on Sunday evening....im hoping to get the rocker out for a spin early tomorow and then ride it into the garage and put the comfort blanket on it until the sun comes out again in 3 months... :-)
nice ride you got there...love the bars....im in Ilford so have spent most of my so far short journeys on the A40, A4 and M4.
Dreaming of how awesome it will be to ride out when the weather gets better.
I go the Remus pipes on with the baffles out...very loud.....should have gone with the V&H but thought the piggies might give me some crap...think i wil test it out for a bit...if i dont get pulled over or anything then im sticking on the V&H Big Radius pipes..they look awesome.
Cheers Sam
Wife is from Clayhall so I know the area well!!
Send me a PM if you want to go for a ride one day...... soon be time for Harley nights at the Ace!!!
Check these guys out for a sissybar for a solo seat and a pad to make your own. They even have a mount for a Rocker. http://www.ginzchoppers.com/index.html
