While the stock seat is comfy for the rider, the passenger starts to complain within an hour.
Looking for a good replacement that offers comfort for both rider and passenger, good quality and fit especially with the Tmax installed. I would also like to keep the use of the stock sissy bar with an added pad if possible. I would also like the seat to not look like a wrinkled up old hag within a year, like the stock seat did. Not asking for much, huh? If any one can shoot some experiences and products my way, I'd appreciate it. Nothing like real world experiences with the products to keep me from adding more junk to my garage.

This won't be much help, but I changed to a Saddlemen Explorer seat on an '03 FXST. A real marriage saver...
However, when I got in touch with them about a seat for a Deluxe, they said they hadn't updated their range to suit the newer bikes.
I'm not sure how much it would take to fit the older seat to a newer model, but I can wholeheartedly recommend the Explorer for quality and comfort.
Not the prettiest, but definitely butt saving.
The standard seat was fine for the rider, but crippling for the passenger...
When I had a FXSTC I bought the Mustang drivers solo w/det backrest and wide passenger detachable pillion. My wife could ride all day on the passenger seat, whereas with the stock one only about an hour. I never liked the Corbin seats as they were always too hard and took too long to break in. I have attached the Mustang seat in the post. I got the wide one, but they also make a more narrow one that I understand is just as comfortable.
Check out http://www.meancitycycles.com/ they might be able to make the stocker fit the Mrs. a bit better.
There are other places that do the same thing. So you might try using Goggle or another search engine to look for seat modifiers to see if who else can fix it for you, her butt.
Citoriplus: I think the biggest problem is the angle at the sissy bar and the seat puts pressure on her tail bone. After about 1 hour I can feel her squirming around back there. As for the mods, maybe but her but has reduced in size since we hit a large dip in the road and bottomed the suspension out. Going to a separate seat and backrest might work out better for her. Had her friend on it once and she complained about the front part of the seat biting her thighs. Can't seem to win.

I don't have the 1k miles break-in time on the seat, but I really like my Corbin widowmaker. The gf has not had any complaints.. pretty wide seat for her....
