Sorry, but those pipes just ruin it for me. I guess its the chrome heat shields which I don't like. It would look a lot better if the heat shields were removed, even if they used the tape stuff instead. Just MHO
It's too "cluttered".....the lines are going everywhere.
All the pinstriping, all the little add-on's.....it's like they wanted to make sure they added all the "accepted" parts....
it's good to see cables, lines, etc. it is after all, a machine, but the lines should be clean. Sometimes less is more. A simple gloss black paintjob, and a smooth rear fender would have done wonders for the lines flowing back.
It's a softtail. Spring seats are used for function. It already has a suspension. Let the rider sit "in" the bike instead of dancing on top of it. I ran a spring seat on my rigid, but it flowed with the lines of the bike, and served a REAL purpose. This bike is screaming for a bare bones solo seat. The wheels? What's wrong with the 40 spoke rims with black rims? The wheels don't match the bike at all, IMHO.
I thought it was a 250 rear tire. As far as it being from a Rocker, it just looks like a rocker rear end. As it said in the article, they made the fender for this bike. So it is a custom fender. Not one from a Rocker. It is a cool looking Bones. Hey any stock bike that you cut up and make your own is awesome. It gives everyone some thoughts on what to do with theirs.
