I had the same problem last year I did the fall away adjustment, made sure cables etc were not in a bind - nothing helped. - changed the front tire and bingo no more wobble!
Happens to me often enough. For some reason I go through more weights than tires. I usually live with it until it is time to change the tire again. Not sure that's a good suggestion though.
I had this problem last year, I removed my wheel and recentered it the correct way when I put it back on. I did not do anything to the wheel or tire and it still solved the problem.
Same thing happened to me on my Fatboy. Had the streeing head bearings adjusted. Pulled the weights off the front wheel and put dyna beads in the tire. At the right angle in the right light I can just see cupping on the tire. Adjusting the bearings and putting weights inside the tire got rid of the majority of the wobble. Once the tire is warmed up real good it's almost completely gone. Almost. I think once I replace the tire it will go away.
