I have a 2007 NT and I have taken my headlight apart, but I cannot remove the rubber vibration dampers inside the bucket. I have looked through my service manual and found nothing. A little help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
i could not even get that far. I could not remove the bracket that mounts it to the tripple tree. it kept wanting to bend. I was trying to replace a black one I got and put in a billet mount. I ended up putting the black headlight on with a newer mount and did not like the all black there so reverted back to the chrome and I am now back to square one.
Getting the bucket powder coated. They are attached with three acorn nuts thought the bucket, and they spin, so no glue there. The bolts won't come loose though, and because they are rubber, I can't hold them still while putting torque on the nuts.

Vise grips and you might destroy them. Could try to put a soldering iron on the acorn nut to break it loose.
Third from the top in your link. It's an 05 train. My manual doesn't depict them either, but they are the same ones shown in the OP's pic. Maybe not a good idea to bust them out, I'll check with the powder guy, maybe they can bake it with them in there. If they can take the heat from the headlamp, they might withstand the oven.
