The bracket came off ebay. it was 20. its a company that mass produces them. its all lazer cut and then powder coated. when i got it i shot it with a clear coat. the frame came from randiantz lighting. I paid 20 for it also. the frame has 6 led's in it. you have to shop around for this b/c some sited have it for 120$, i think i got it from biker highway. cant remember. the frame comes in either chrome or black. http://www.radiantz.com/cart/index1.html?c17.html&1.
I wouldn't say that the spikes are the cheap way out....$50 plus stainless bolts/washers. I plan on doing something different at some point, but we ride year round down here, so haven't had time to take the fender off.
Haven't found anyone local that will mess with it either. Does anyone know of anyone that will do this work for us rocker owners and do it inexpensively? I could ship it off if they will do the work and send it back.

the guy at my local shop here did an awesome job on mine (sorry about the crummy pics). if you want i can give you the number to the shop and you can call and talk to them yourself.
All i had to do was text him a picture on his phone of what i wanted my fender to look like and he did the rest. The guy is really talented.
