I sat on the Rocker C at the dealership and it's seat was hard. I like my Rocker seat and ride on it a lot longer than I ever did my '05 Standard. The ride is comfortable, of course it's not a cruiser, but that's not the bike I wanted...yet!!

I have no problem with the seat, other than wishing they would make more pull pin options. I rode mine 1600 miles, one way to Sturgis last year, over 4000 that week, with stock seat. 700 miles in one day, just stopping for fuel, and stopped for food. No issues, however the ones on the roadkings and road glide and triumph rocket III wined and cried at every stop. Also theirs didn't have the countdown on miles before running out and kept stopping for fuel to soon. I kept saying come on guys I'm showing we still have 95 miles left before empty. After they found out that, they didn't want me to lead. No gold baum for me, they all had it and carried to the restroom at each stop. LOL

I am waiting on my heartland kit to be put on. What are you guys with Heartlands doing to improve comfort? Is there a particular foam you are having put in or gel?

In the past I have rode a Chopper, a Sportster 1200, a Wide Glide, and a Street Bob. My Rocker C with a Danny Gray is the most comfortable ride yet. The handling of the Rocker is better than the Chopper, Sportster, Wide Glide, or Street Bob. As I have not ridden a Fatboy I am not able to compare the ride, handling, or comfort. The Danny Gray seat was well woth the investment and as Franki 22ca states, "not only is it 100x more comfortable but u ride the bike the way it should be ridden a little lower in the pocket and a bit more stretched out!"

I have the FXCW seat and it's comfortable for long rides, its better than riding my sportbike for long rides.

i have the heartland i had a polymer pad put in the seat. it made it much better. now the only problem i have is my back. i have a bad back so sitting up for even short periods kills me. i need my bars about 4" forward and down about 2". you will find everyone has there own comfort position and you will have to tweak your bike to get it to fit you.

I'm wondering u Rocker owners ... how long you can ride your bikes without feeling tired/back pain/fatique ?? and what if u change the stock seat ??

I need to justify buying this bike by any means !!

regards and thnx
Like many riders who have responded, I also changed my Rocker C seat for a standard Rocker seat. I also had the seat redone by Mean City Motors. The new seat is amazingly comfortable and gives the Rocker C a nicer look.
